      I think anyone who hasn’t seen the documentary needs to… let’s just say it has helped me strengthen my resolve to make better changes in my life . #alternativelifestyle 👍

        I watched it too 3 or 4 weeks ago…What you are saying is true. you just see that it is all about psychology. There is another one on netflix “the Great Hack” if you have not watched it yet.
        There is also a former engineer of Google (the same in social dilemna”. Tristan Harris, he explains more why people become more addict to their phones. you can find him on youtube too
