Re-imagining Immeasurably More contd
“Now to Him who is able to do Immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine…”
I have a confession to make. Each time I read this passage in the past, I almost always attribute it to material things, my hopes and dreams and things I wanted to accomplish in my life for God. There’s is nothing wrong with that.
However, the more I reflect on it and allow it to open up to me, I get a glimpse of something deeper than human accomplishments.
God is not overtly focused on what I can achieve for Him, or accomplish in his name. His focus is on Who I am becoming.
And that, is the Immeasurably More He is drawing my attention to.
