Striking to think that an innocent man that’s convicted of a bogus crime then sentenced to death would not keep yelling or pleading that he is, in fact, innocent or not guilty. He knew the plan, and He wasn’t a hesitant participant. He was the initiator of this plan. Please share what you are grateful for in Jesus’ sacrifice for us.✝️

I’m grateful for the tenacity He had to make it through and not quit because of he pain and suffering. He could have easily given up and we would be left in our sins forever 🙏🏿

It’s ingrained in our stories of the “hero” archetype.🦸🏻♂️ The hero that would lay down his life for his fellow man. But what about a hero who would lay down his life for his enemy. 🤔
That is exactly what Jesus Christ did. He came down and received the punishment in our place for our sins. How would you react to someone giving their life for you?…

I will forever be grateful and mindful of the sacrifice they made for me. Our first responders, police officers and soldiers are doing that everyday and it’s almost impossible to wrap your head around why they do what they do to keep those of us who are civilians safe. So, someone is already risking their lives on our behalf as we speak.

Absolutely no one may mitigate the truth of the Gospel—even for the purpose of purchasing peace with the world.
