This course integrates emotional health and contemplative spiritual practices to bring transformative healing to the deep places of life. Students will work through eight lessons covering recognition of unhealthy spirituality, the top symptoms, the antidote of emotional health plus contemplative practices, self-knowledge, the impact of the past, surrender and control, grief and limits, and daily rhythms (Daily Office and Sabbath). Each lesson includes a short chapter-based summary and an accompanying video session.
