Wow, i just finished watching this, and there are so many things to really reflect on. But for me, one thing that really stayed with me was the conversation about how we allow our thoughts and the things people have done or said to take up so much space in our minds and this at the end affects how we actually live our lives. It really made me ask myself, how often do i react to what is actually happening, and how often i react to the story i have created around what has happened? and i would say i react more to what i create in my head about it. Also the part about recognizing when something is becoming overwhelming and just be willing to seek help.

Thank you for sharing this thoughtful reflection. 🙏🏽
That distinction between what is actually happening and the story we create around it is so important. Sometimes, the battle is not only with the situation itself but with the meaning we continue to attach to it. And recognizing when our thoughts are becoming overwhelming and being willing to seek help is also an important part of caring for our minds.
What do you think is one practical thing we can do when we notice ourselves getting caught up in the story we’ve created in our minds? -

What if some of the things we call “spiritual problems” require us to pay closer attention to our mental health?
This conversation goes beyond the usual conversations about mental health and faith and challenges us to rethink how we understand the mind, spiritual wellbeing, and getting help when we need it.
This one might challenge your perspective. Watch and tell us what stood out to you.

Wow. I just realised that it’s not every mental health that is cursed by a demon. If at the initial stage of withdrawal and hurt we seek help, we won’t get to the stage where we finally fracture. ❤️☑️✅
