September 03: Courage to Stand in a Hostile World
In a world that often opposes the values of God’s Kingdom, we are called to stand with courage and unwavering faith. While the world may demand conformity and compromise, as ambassadors of Christ, we are empowered to stand firm in our convictions, speaking truth in love. Joshua 1:9 reminds us, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go” (ESV). This promise echoes through the ages, providing us the courage to face any hostility or opposition fearlessly.The world teaches us to blend in, to prioritize our comfort and safety above all else.
