We have been conditioned to think leadership is bright lights , microphones, and stages but Leadership is birth out of intimacy, knowing the parts of the tree to prune, feet to wash , mind to renew…..many people follow people who they say are their leaders but those people don’t even know anything about them, or identify them in public , The followers are more like fans..Makes sense why Jesus had 12 disciples he got to know them intimately..It also takes a great amount of humility to be a good leader….

Different betweeen a pastor with a shepherds heart & a celebrity who seeks to wow the crowd. -
