CONFLICT RESOLUTION
Conflict is inevitable in life as long as we all need to interact and coexist with one another. A lecturer during a Conflict Management class once said, ‘whatever issue you sweep under the carpet, remains under the carpet, till you raise it up’. Therefore, conflicts must be resolved.
However, most times, the problem lies more on the resolution method than the issue itself. Have your method of resolving conflicts really helped your relationships with people or created more foes?
