Self love for me is reactivating my full Gym and spa membership and actually making time to go 3 times a week after an 8 hr work day ..
my body is my temple, and it will either thrive , or break under pressure .. the ball is our court .

How do you ensure that you aren’t giving from an empty, broken , tired place ?
Do you know that when you give from a place of exhaustion it leads to resentment , we should be cheerful givers of our time , love, body, resources…
