Debt, most of us carry it, pay for it, and if we don’t, we try not to think of the consequences. What if someone paid all that debt in full? How would you feel? Someone did pay for all of our debt. Jesus did. He took it upon Himself to take all your sins’ consequences on Himself. He died in your place to take the consequences of your sins. He did so with great love and joy. His sacrifice can make you free. His death can make you alive. All you need is to receive it. Please share with us in the comments below ⬇️

What’s remarkable about the debt that Jesus paid for us is that there was absolutely no hope for us to repay it on our own. Usually when we take out a financial loan, we have some idea of how long it will take us to repay. Eventually we will have the debt paid off, even if it takes many years.
But could you imagine being in so much financial debt that there was no hope of getting free even if you worked so hard every single day for the rest of your life to pay it off? That’s the kind of debt that Jesus paid for us – a spiritual debt that snowballed to the point of being completely impossible for us to take care of on our own. Thank God for his mercy and grace on us!!
