I really love the part about focusing on higher goals above personal grudges. Sometimes we let our personal grudges get in the way of the greater good, we become limited and stalemate the team or relationships.
Learning to lay aside my personal grudges or even preferences makes me see clearer and to make better decisions for the greater good…
