Hi @Jefferson Tithing is an act of worship and a means of showing gratitude to God for His provision in your finances. However, you must not approach it as a tax that you owe because there is nothing we have that has not been given to us by God. If the word is « Agape » I would day it’s a great discovery for me. In French, we use that word agape but to express a rejoicing moment where many people from the same community (principally church communities) meet to play games, to eat together, to spend some good time!
I didn’t know the real sense of agape till now!
