I feel like this is me everyday lol. I agree, worrying doesn’t get anything done and it in fact slows me down to getting stuff done! I’ve learned that during grad school I would worry less and be more productive at night.. I think it’s because I’m much more calm at night than I am during the day. I kind of associate day = labor and night = relax…

Just listened to this video about praying in the Spirit. I know I haven’t been praying as much but this video reminded to utilize prayer because it’s significant for so many things, one namely as a constant communion with God.
