A picture says a thousand words.

We have been conditioned to think leadership is bright lights , microphones, and stages but Leadership is birth out of intimacy, knowing   the parts of the tree to prune,  feet  to wash , mind to renew…..
many people follow people who they say are their leaders but those people don’t even know anything about…

This is awesome! accountability is key, and i like how you made it clear that we cannot compare accountability for goals, to accountability for christ like living.

Yes! there are areas in my life that accountability has helped me better with.

          Hello everyone!

This weeks topic is “social media”
In the early 2000’s life as we knew it changed, we became hyper-connected, shared more about ourselves , validated each-other, gave opinions and even started movements online all this has been possible through the power of social media.
Let’s not leave out the down sides such as :-…

Interesting topic Rebecca. I have Christian friends who see social media as the devil’s tool and so have refused to have any account. On the other hand, I know of believers who are stuck on it and using it productively for the gospel. I think it goes to remind me of the scripture in Romans 14:14 that nothing is unclean of itself but… Read more

Social media, like @michael, said, can be likened to a screwdriver, which can be a tool or a weapon depending on who is holding it. The different platforms serve a good purpose but to do that, people have to give up some of their data, whether intentionally or unintentionally.

Some of these platforms mine these data can often be aggressive…

I just had the most powerful conversation with an atheist ; Guess what?  he has read the Bible! I was shocked at the wisdom that came out of his mouth….

Let us just say I left convicted. Watch out for my next post

Would love to hear about it too. Was it really wisdom he spoke? Because some atheists I have met have only read the letters of the bible and will argue based on those. But the beauty of the scripture is that it is encrypted by the Holy Spirit and it takes one who has the Spirit to decrypt the language of the Spirit as 1Cor 2 says. Anything else… Read more

@rebecca yeah I can see why he was so off-put by Christianity. The prosperity gospel is one of the main problems in church society today. I don’t want to point names but there are certain mega churches that go around preaching about wealth and using it for themselves, but then neglecting to talk about the giver who provided the blessing, which… Read more

God is in the business of completion, we leave a lot of things unfinished as humans . But God doesn’t, he makes sure that he fulfills his love to us not only as Alpha but as Omega , do you have any projects , or goals that are in motion ? Do you think it will require physical strength or supernatural intervention to complete them?
