John 15:12“My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you.”

Beloved, we are called to love—not just in word, but in action. Jesus didn’t just tell us to love; He demonstrated it through His life, His sacrifice, and His grace toward us. His love is selfless, forgiving, patient, and enduring. And He commands us to love others in the same way.

Loving like Christ means going beyond convenience. It means loving when it’s hard, forgiving when it hurts, and serving without expecting anything in return. It’s being a friend to the lonely, showing kindness to the unkind, and carrying the burdens of others as if they were our own.

This love is what sets us apart as His disciples (John 13:35). It is not based on emotions but on a decision to reflect Christ in every relationship, every conversation, and every moment.

Believers are encouraged to perform one intentional act of Christ-like love each day for a week. These acts should reflect Christ’s selfless, sacrificial, and compassionate love.

So today, let us commit to love boldly, selflessly, and unconditionally. Let us be vessels of Christ’s love, touching lives, healing hearts, and drawing people closer to Him. Love as He loves—and the world will see Jesus in you.

    In Jesus’ name, Amen.
