It doesn’t matter how much Gospel you preach to non-Christians, how many tracts and books you leave on their desks, or how much literature you send them in the mail — unbelievers are affected by what they see, hear, smell, taste, and touch. This means your life is your primary pulpit. If you are a leader or aspire to a leadership position, you must understand this and recognize that people are actively observing the message you present with your life.

This really spoke to me , we are the light of the world indeed.

I also believe this is where God is calling us not to loose our salt.

lovely message! Really important in our time where a lot of godly virtues have been sacrificed for fickle success. We are meant to be a light in this crooked world and stand out as uncompromising believers attracting people to the Gospel through our love and also godly character. Paul says that we are like open book read by all men.2Cor.3:1-3

So true! There are times you meet a ‘Christian’ or someone who claims to be one, their attitude puts you off and you don’t want to hear what they have to say. We must maintain good manners and speak with kindness and respect to others. Like Paul would say, ‘ do not push your way with others, be okay with second place if that’s what it will take to reach another person.’

When we live our lives in such a way that onlookers admire the virtues we portray and want to be like us, evangelism becomes a walkover. It’s absolutely important that we live in peace with one another (Romans 14:19) and live to edify others through our conduct.
