November 23: Hold Your Position and Refuse To Move
Posted by Pastoral Care on November 23, 2021 at 6:39 amRegardless of what the world says about what is right or wrong, stay put and continue in what you have learned from the Holy Scriptures — for they are able to make you “wise” — that is, they will fill you with the discernment and enlightenment that you need for victorious living in these perilous times!

i receive your strength and grace in jesus name🙏
Thank you for the word of GOD. I needed to hear this. Sometimes you may feel like it’s you the problem because everyone around seem to tell you that.
But even though neinty nine may agree on a certain point of view, but one person doesn’t, it doesn’t mean that the one is wrong.
The society’s system is making normal things thatthe majority encourages. However, for us who know that it is not true (the Bible didn’t say so) , we should keep holding our position.
“You, however, know all about my teaching, my way of life, my purpose, faith, patience, love, endurance, persecutions, sufferings—what kinds of things happened to me in Antioch, Iconium and Lystra, the persecutions I endured. Yet the Lord rescued me from all of them.” 2 Timothy 3:10-11
Help me Lord to endure it all and live for you and only you. I pray for your grace to be able to discern iJn.
“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it” Matthew 7:13-14 NIV
When I think of the broad road I think of society’s standards and trends. I think of the rush to wealth and fame. I am thankful for the word of the Lord. May God continue to help me along my path. May I remember that anything done without faith is sin.
